I live in Navotas City, Philippines. I have an experience as Real Estate Offshore Researcher for 7 years. It gave me a lot of knowledge when it comes to using Google Earth Pro, Navigating County County Assessors, and Real Estate Data Entry Research.

I am proficient in Google Suite, Writing Real Estate SOP Skip Tracing Websites like Versium and Batchleads. I also do Driving For Dollars with use of Batchdriven.

My past working experiences equipped me with relevant skills and good qualities. I am extremely organized. I can manage my schedule well and was able to meet deadlines. I am keen and attentive to details since I have an experience in gathering complex information. I have strong dedication towards work. I always believe that having a growth mindset is important in all aspects of life. I am a kind of person who does not stick to what I already know, but I always try to focus on the things that I need to know. I am a go-getter person. Once I put my mind in to something, giving up is not an option but I see every opportunity as a room for experience and career growth.
